Life is not easy for any of us. But what of that?

We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for something, and that this thing, at whatever cost, must be attained. Trust yourself.

Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement. Trust that little voice in your head that says "Wouldn't it be interesting if..; And then do it.  Life is full of beauty.

Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams. Look at life through the windshield, not the rear-view mirror.

When we long for a life without difficulties, let us remind ourselves that oaks grow strong in contrary winds and diamonds are made under pressure. If we steadfastly keep our eyes on Jesus then "life" will never distract us or even prevent us from seeing the rainbow.

God in his providence has gifted us, and has given us the weapons we need face life head on.  One day at a time--this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering.

May the God of all peace sustain us and empower us for the crisis that life has cast upon us.

Let us be reminded that our God is in charge of "life". Ephesians 3:20-21 declares, Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us; 21. unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end.
