God's Promise Is Real

Posted by revivaltime on December 13, 2010 at 9:15 AM

We are in the home stretch to the start of this year’s Convocation [December 17-19, 2010] and it has been mighty challenging to get everything in order but God gave us a prophetic Word back in September in the height of the back to school season [when most persons had expended all that they had] that “EVERYTHING IS ALREADY PROVIDED FOR”

When I looked at the tasks before us I almost questioned where is it all going to come from but we HELD ON TO THAT WORD and since then God has done EXCEEDINGLY, ABUNDANTLY, ABOVE ALL that we could have hoped or thought – PRAISE GOD!!!

I don’t know what you’re believing God for but hold on to His unchanging hand….For God is not a man that He should lie!! If He said it He will do it and if He spoke it He will bring it to pass!!

Sometimes the hardest thing to do is have faith in God when you have real “mountains” [sickness, unemployment, fore-closure, debt, bills etc] before you but I stop by to encourage you that God’s Word is more real than any mountain you are facing!! Be steadfast in faith, because faith in God will work miracles!!!

Be careful of the distractions and the detractors which will come to weaken you faith. The symptoms will be there but keep your eyes focused on Jesus as David declares in

Psalm 121: 1-3

1I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

2My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

3He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

So be encouraged…. I know things are hard and challenging right now and your money is acting all funny and your life is flip flop inside out but I offer you a real solution – JESUS and HIS WORD

I know…. because this is how the Saints, our partners and I are getting this Nehemiah work for Convocation 2010 done. By holding steadfast to what God has promised!!

Hebrews 10:23 (King James Version)

23Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Shalom!!!
